Wed 14 Oct 2009 - Social Night BBQ + AGM - 6:30PM
The Outdoors club is the largest club at RMIT but it doesn't run itself, we have a large committee which keeps the club running smoothly. This year more than ever we really need to get some fresh faces onto the committee. In particular we are looking to replace the entire exec committee (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secratary). The future of the club really depends on this, since many of the current committee are leaving at the end of this year. So if you have been active in the club then perhaps its time for you to step up and join the committee! Help run the club and gain some great experience helping to run the largest club at RMIT!
We are constantly looking for motivated outdoors-minded people like you to head up activities, organize the club itself, and keep things moving in general. To keep the club running, we require up to 25 people to volunteer in various roles. For more info on how to get involved, follow the link below:
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=279&p=904&hilit=agm#p904
The meeting will be followed by a free BBQ and drinks and its also is a great chance to catch up with other members.

Due to the awesomeness that is Pubgaine, the gear room will be open before the event begins - 5.30 to 6.00- as opposed to the usual 6.30 to 7.30 time slot.
Or if you're attending Pubgaine (which you should be) I can help you out afterwards.
If these times don't suit send me a message and I'll sort you out: buelowsa@gmail.com.
